We diagnose, design, and deploy go-to-market strategies for companies ready to expand
Expansion planning
Expansion is one of the highest-leverage moves a tech company can make, and one of the most expensive to get wrong.
Most companies either expand too early (without product-market fit in the new market or segment), expand without a strategy (hiring and hoping for the best), or copy-paste their current playbook into a context that works completely differently.
What we do
We build the strategic foundation for expansion, from diagnosis to execution. Before you scale into a new market, you need to know if there's real demand, what go-to-market model fits, whether unit economics hold up, what operational and regulatory realities look like, and how your ICP actually buys. We answer all of that, and then we build the go-to-market around it.
For whom
Tech companies post Series A/B that have product-market fit and are planning to expand, whether into new geographies, new segments, or new commercial models. Deep expertise across Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula.
FOUNDING TEAM
Who delivers it
Luiza Batista, Strategy
Entrepreneur and commercial leader who co-founded Arado, taking the company from zero to USD 17M ARR and raising a USD 24M Series A before navigating its M&A. Previously held regional leadership roles at Rappi, Coca-Cola FEMSA, and Almundo (through its USD 77M acquisition by CVC Corp), operating across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina. She understands expansion as someone who has built it: fundraising, hiring, and making capital decisions across markets and languages.
Mônica Medina, Operations
Go-to-market strategist with 12+ years entering new markets from zero and making them commercially viable. Built LiveDune's Brazil operation to 30+ enterprise contracts and P&L breakeven in 12 months. Designed GTM entry for five simultaneous APAC markets at Ontop, and led product marketing across four LATAM markets at Abbott Nutrition. Her specialty is building commercial operating systems: governance cadences, pipeline scorecards, and cross-functional alignment that turn strategy into revenue.
